🎉🎈 Tansi Friendship Centre‘s 40th AGM is this year, and we’d love for you to join us on August 16 at 5pm at the Chetwynd Rec Centre Cottonwood Room! 🗓️🕔
We will be holding an election for Officer roles. Open positions include:
1️⃣ President (2-year term) – Supervises other directors, serves as the Board’s spokesperson, and communicates the Board’s vision to the Executive Director.
2️⃣ Vice-President (1-year term) – Steps into the role of the President when necessary.
3️⃣ Treasurer (2-year term) – Manages the organization’s financial records and provides financial statements as needed.
4️⃣ Youth Director (1-year term) – Brings the unique perspective and lived experiences of youth to the Board.
5️⃣ Director at Large (1-year term) – Attends meetings as needed and fills in as needed.
Remember, only members in good standing can vote. Renew or get your membership by Tuesday August 1st at 4pm! 💳🕓 Single memberships are $5, and family memberships are $10.
